What you'll do

• Pull espresso you'd be proud to hand over.
• Steam and pour milk for every drink on the menu.
• Greet everyone who walks in, and remember how the regulars take theirs.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked and ready for whoever comes next.

What you bring

• Time behind a coffee bar helps, and so does wanting to learn.
• A warm way with people, even when the line is long.
• Care for the little things: a clean counter, a tidy station, a cup set down just right.

The shifts

Open early, open late, so shifts cover mornings, afternoons and evenings. Full time or part time, whichever suits you.
